Not everyone BUT lets say if over a period of time 1 million black people got on the same page regard handling racism?
Then another over period of time 10 million? This is way Christianity/Islam/WHITE SUPREMACY spead, by A FEW people PRACTICING certain beliefs, rites and rituals over along period of time THEN they became CUSTOM.
Blacks could over time develop and inculcate behaviors that could fend off racism and racist attacks but I wouldn't be expected to happen overnight and only few you be involved INITIALLY. Later more blacks more catch on and the behavior would become code like.
That wouldn't work either.
Christianity, Islam and White supremacy didn't spread like that.
Part of the reason why there's such mass corruption, differentiation, and variability with each of those three.
There are already lots of Black people who are on the "same page" regarding racism, I don't see how it would become a cultural phenomenon, unfortunately.
