Don't have kids if you're struggling to make ends meet. Government does a lot of things to fukk with black men, child support isn't one of them.

The kid needs support. The bulk should fall to the people who wanted to bring the child in the world. If the father wants no involvement, he should cover what is left. Then it should fall to society (tax).
