I fukk with Tariq but he needs to watch the platform he's being interviewed on

He'll end up cursing him out later like Dr Umar:ufdup:

Tariq's vibe and personality has always rubbed me the wrong way, and yeah he's a hustler capitalist and blah blah but while it's easy to come up with ad hominem attacks on his character, when you listen to his rhetoric, if he's not right on the money in regards to certain issues (which he usually is) at the very least his viewpoints are logical and concise. I listened to the interview and he put up a lot of good points. If you want answers then it's not mature to turn a blind eye to valuable insights just off of preconceived biases

Why do you guys bash on Obama when none of what he could have done to help out blacks would have been passed through congress? Democrats don't even vote in midterms, so how the hell could he have done anything?

Gay marriage had a supreme court precedent that could be overturned, and immigration wasn't that contentious before Trump. But any change regarding racism (police, crime, economic inequality, funding, loans) would require a federal mandate/federal investment that would be blocked down.

Nah nah, but he's a c00n that hates black people right? He has no real power? The pimp turned political figure on Youtube told me so and he's "woke" so it must be true!

What bothers me about Tariq Nasheed, is that unlike other pro-black intellectuals like Cornel West, he doesn't strike me as someone that offers great depth or data-driven solutions. Where did he graduate from? What are his credentials? Why is he relevant? Anyone doing VladTV interviews trying to masquerade as a black intellectual is problematic for a number of reasons. I feel like he doesn't have the intellectual depth to be deserving of the platforms he's been given. A lot of simple solutions for simple minded people.

1. Difference is in Sandy Hook we got the good ole tearful Obama.

2. So because HBCUs got some fukked up people and the fund isn't the same as PWI we should further kick them down. Our HBCUs graduate a lot of black kids out here. WE ALREADY GETTING fukkED IT CONTINUES TO GET WORSE NO MATTER WHAT. OUR WAY OF VOTING ISN'T WORKING.

3. WHAT YOU SO SCARED OF NOW SINCE YOU VOTED AND TRUMP STILL IN THERE.
My family voted and many many I know did and once and again South Carolina with 20% in turn red.
1.) I'm going to be real honest, REAL HONEST about the survivors of that charleston shooting......they disappointed/disgusted me with their passiveness and display of sympathy for that damn Dylan Roof.
That one c00n with the glasses that they interviewed was saying shyt along the lines of praying for Dylan to find peace......not rest in peace six feet in the the ground but kumbya peace.......they set the tone for how the media and everybody else nonchalantly handles everything involved with this case. Some times our people get too caught up in either trying to be hyper militant or extreme martyrs.
2.) I feel a lot of times with our black owned institutions and business's we often take a lackadaisical attitude in the quality of our shyt because we have an undeserved sense of entitlement in regards to the support of our community. Black folks don't value our business's and institutions because our owners prove they don't value it with their mismanagent. We don't have white privilege, like a Trump, that we can use as a trump card to bail us out when WE fukk up. Is it fair, no but that is how it has always been. As black people we cannot afford to not be on our Ps and Q's.
3.) I am scared of a racist republican POTUS and a racist republican congress working to put stop and frisk/plant/confiscate your phone so you can't live stream me shooting your black ass policies in motion.

1. Because they are scared. It still makes me no less remorseful of the ever. Amazing Grace wasn't the song for that event anyways.

2. Again I love out HBCUs, that policy hurt our black kids and our schools. No matter what you're saying our kids are graduating from Howard, Hampton, FAMU, etc.

3. Well, hell we are recording and live streaming blacks getting killed right now and nothing is being done about it. Eric Garner was executed on film and nothing was done about it.

1.) Amazing Grace seemed a perfect fit to me. The survivors preferred to gracefully play the unconditionally loving martyrs that gracefully wish that inbred rebish redneck finds peace.
2.) I have love for our HBCUs too! I really wanted to attend Morris Brown but.......
3.) You can blame racist republican congress for that racist shyt.

Yeah. No depth in terms of his analyses.

He'd look like a clown next to more seasoned activists of years past.
