Skimmed through the thread and
@tuckdog made some of the only sensible posts in here
please don’t ever blindly follow or idolize people. If it gets to the point where you’re getting behind rhetoric like this you need to check yourself. It’s no different from how twitter people that often get called mentally ill or dismissed as “babble” on here were indoctrinated
this is incredibly irresponsible from Tariq. sad state of affairs all around and I hope the culprits are found
I appreciate that breh.
We've done enough destruction, it's time to start building.
In life, you can't have progress without some type of destruction, so all of the bullshyt that took place over the last few years had to take place in order for us to start working towards some type of real understanding.
That band-aid had to be ripped off.
We'd been playing with it for way too long and it started crusting up and peeling around the edges.
The last bit of destruction we have left is getting nikkas like Tariq out the paint.
It's time to start recognizing and appreciating our differences instead of shytting of them.
Not just between ADOS/FBA/AA and others, but regionally in the United States as well, and every other example of cultural rivalries in the Diaspora that I'm unaware of.
It's time to tear down that tainted lens of distrust that we view each others views through.
It's time to start acknowledging our own ugly pasts and biases towards each other, and admitting our mistakes.
It's time to start openly and unbiasedly sharing our cultures with each other, with the ultimate aim of creating one Universal Black Culture, untainted by outsider influence.
Let's make each other better.
So, with all that being said, understand that when we talk ADOS/FBA, it's strictly for the purpose of working towards correcting the wealth gap in the United States of America by giving the descendants of American slavery reparations for the wrongs done to them and their ancestors in this country.
Anyone that uses those acronyms for any purpose other than that one specific mission is not to be trusted.
