Tommy is an internet troll point blank. He'll take shots at anybody to cause controversy. He's like how 50 Cent was when he first blew up. Nothing to lose and everything to gain by taking those shots. Tariq responding to him was exactly what he wanted. The thing about Tommy is he caters to a certain demographic and many of Tariq's listeners won't latch on but some of them due to the been will likely dig around in Tommy's archives on YouTube and he'll gain listeners out of this.

Man probably the best breakdown of this whole situation I've seen. I agree 100 percent that this is a deflection on Tommy's part to take the spotlight off the lack of progress on his movie. I feel bad for the people who donated thinking he was actually going to do something (maybe he eventually will) but that's the risk you take when you donate to these kickstarter-eque funds. I think Tariq should have stuck to his guns and not responded but if he really felt the need then he should have just stuck to the facts and left the name calling out it. As you can see from the replies in this thread it makes it too easy to deflect from the real issues when you resort to that.
