WHEN said picture or name was in the news and it becomes a historical thing. then yes. it becomes public domain.

its like they can use her photo and name in history books without her permission for this very same reason and law.

think about it like this. what if we had to get copyrights cleared for everything that was ever said in a history book/the bible, etc. we wouldnt have a lot of history. since we know thats not a good thing and its more important to tell a persons story vs them having copyrights to hide their own info.

Tbh...when i was running a shop in the les last year...you wouldnt believe the amount of white people that greeyed me with salty hateful looks when i opened and closed the store in the mornings and at night.
