i think 50/50. if my memory serves me correctly, little loma gave teo work when he finally started to fight him. teo's reach stopped helping when he got tired and loma started connecting. it was the power from random teo shots that prevented loma from capitalizing later in the fight, but he was winning every round that he actually tried in. tank is heavier than loma, pretty fast and significantly stronger than loma. i think tank will be able to take risks earlier in the fight, not to mention he already sparred teo.
teo still has the reach, power, and crafty ways of at least keeping faster smaller guys honest for several rounds. teo also went on to face better competition, so the results of his sparring with tank arent necessarily useful anymore. he may have surpassed him in ring IQ
it's a perfect match to be made.
