Chris Conte...I remember him. He got embarrassingly stiff armed by a Steelers TE(think it was no.89) in a primetime game. That is the first thing I think of when I see or hear his name.

Conte made plays here n there at the very least. Neal is literally crippling us

Send them JTS or Devin White and picks… go get some help we need guys that can win off the edge. Either one of those guys would bolster this defense into the top 5

2021 is mostly a wash. Only two players that really deserve to see the field, one of them shouldn’t even be starting (Hainsey) & the other is our 1st round pick that looks like being a #3 edge guy is his ceiling

2022 the jury is still out, a lot of raw, experiments and project players. Some showing some real progress & upside, the majority not so much

2023 we definitely don’t know but I feel like this class has a chance to be one of the good ones strictly off Kancey’s rep


Personally I just gave him flowers for good performances. I think all the guys in here know that Baker isn’t the guy. He’s a gamer, he has heart, but he is super limited with a clear ceiling.

And unfortunately for him, his weaknesses will be magnified cuz he’s in the exact opposite situation as Cleveland when he was looking decent… there’s no Nick Chubb & Kareem Hunt tandem to hand the ball off to running behind a o-line that can move nikkas…

The 2022 & 2023 drafts were under Bowles regime so he has to take some accountability. But really dude has been hamstrung by the cap situation & losing Marpet & Jensen

Chase Young & Montez Sweat are both better than any edge rushers we have on our team, young with a lot of upside, got sold off for 2nd & 3rd round picks but Licht will hold on to those picks to draft KeShawn Vaughn, Kyle Trask, & Robert Hainsey in the 2nd & 3rd round

I don’t give a fukk if he has a contract year coming up, let him play it out. He’s still super young, is rebounding off a major injury from a season n a half ago, and was a blue chip pass rusher in the draft. He’s on pace for double digit sacks this year @ 24 years old


But these nikkas gon keep trash azz Devin White on the team, & not get a 2nd rounder for Mike while he still has value to a contender so he doesn’t have to stay in this filth

The Bucs are one of the few teams stubborn enough to do this dumb ass “no rebuild but retool, but really rebuilding while still winning” bullshyt
