Talk me out of buying a Hisense TV

In my experience Hisense tvs are fine as long as it's a Roku and NOT FireTV or especially Android Tv

Let me put it like this.....I felt like Rodney Dangerfield trying to pitch the reason to cop such a brand .

• Nothing stands out compared to TCL and other brands
• The build quality is semi garbage
• For the price tag, you could get a LG that's leagues better

I’m not a fan of OLED given the room is not dark. Also I can’t think of a new oled going for that price.

Breh I have been treating electronics like I live in the bunker. I got a gaming monitor to accomply my laptop. A rinky dink TCL in the living room. And the Joey got his laptop for entertainment purposes.

Hell the wife spends more time reading those mafia books, than trying to look at a big ass TV.

We knew the circumstances and whooo boy, next year and the following will be a doozy

I bought the 75" version based on this video and a few others. They mention the 65 and 75 version have the best panel. Not a single issue and has a better picture than my expensive but 5 year old LG

I'm looking at the HiSense U8N and the TCL QM7. Did not want to spend much on a 3rd TV but what i'm looking for is good picture, good for gaming (Not a huge requirement but needs to be decent/good) bright picture. Unfortunately QM8 doesn't come in 55 inch.

I have a TCL in the bedroom which has been good. I don't know shyt about Hisense. Are they good quality? If I can get 5+ years I'm good. Everything by the major brands in thi sprice range is trash.

What are your recommendations?

It’s Black Friday you can find an Oled for like 100 dollars more

Breh has no excuse. Even in Canada there’s deals everywhere….. got a 1899$ tv for $999 but that was oled….

I’m not a tv expert .. especiallly at the sizes you talking….so I’ll leave that to yall

My budget is $1k. The TVs I listed are about $800-900 CDN.

I would save a bit more and swing for a Samsung or LG OLED. Even a Best Buy open box cause those come with full manufacturer warranties. Hell I'd even do a LG B4 over that.
