All factsthe people who were the real.fans to the genre like me watched this nikka sellout instead of improve.
that is why he won't ever rejuvenate his draw.
plus, he won't elevate skill and try to get better at all, ever.
man, fortified live and five generals was twenty years ago.
talib still has the same skill set with no improvement.
plus, he sold out, too.

Which album was a "selling out" to you? Off the the top of my head I can't think of one...I could be buggin tho. I remember him getting the Kanye stimulus package in the early aughts but that wasn't him selling out.
Reflection Eternal is pretty damn solid though. Dont know how much of the credit goes to Kweli on that though.
Funny you should say thatyeah, it was.
Kanye is a jiggy guy faking jax and did everything kweli and mos was supposed to be against.
yet, because you got a emo guy with a jayz like profile.
who also needed a underground cultural guy to sellout.
doesn't mean you get a pass for going with the enemy.
mos, pos, Dave are really the only stand up guys culturally in that whole collective.
yet, badu who also keeps way more real and is an rnb chick.
called them out, culturally too.
so, we have to just pay attention to the facts.
you can't be talembout what they do.
then, go do it, with them.

Why are these rappers so sensitive? Dudes acting like hurt b!tches because somebody does not have him on their list. Be a grown ass man, and not give a fux. He is acting like Bomani is some respected music critic or his opinion matters that much.
He must've run out of bud or something. And what grown ass man, or any man - not gay - uses the word shade?
who you got @Walt ?
but seriously, rap and bomani are things you just dont mix. he's a downsouth apologist to the san andreas fault. few years ago i was listening to his old radio show and he was dancing on nas grave using big krit as the measuring stick. i like krit and all (mixtape krit, anyway), but you could just hear the joy in his voice tryna convince himself nas wasnt as relevant as some guy talking about collard greens and whiskey.
and he thought jay won. typical not-knowing-ass-rap-fan.
I don't think this means what you think it means.
