lo-key Pete Carroll has put together a team with weapons on offense... TO, Edwards, Lynch, Washington, Winslow, Zach Miller

if one of their mediocre QB's can step it up they will make noise in the NFC West

And defense was top 10 last year w/ no pass rush. If Irvin works out and they get some pass rush, they could have a top 5 D this year.

I think they're gonna be boom or bust, either they're gonna make some real noise or it's gonna be a big time fail.

Right now they have a lot of names, but you don't play the game with names.

Their D is very very good though

Also, on TO running a 4.45, don't you think that's something a team would want leaked out if they knew they were going to sign him?

To pump up the fanbase and try and make him seem like a bigger threat to other teams defenses.

I think the 4.45 thing was a PR move.

uh, no. He ran a 4.45. Nice try try though.

Owens wasn't guranteed anything with his previous two teams either. He was told he'd be the #2 next to Lee Evans in Buffalo but in Cincy he was just brought in to compete. He obviously beat out Bryant and beat out Chad based on #s alone. Same situation here. We can say he's here to "compete" but hes going to definitely be the #1 WR especially if Rice isn't 100 percent.

Looking forward to T.O. playing against my Cowboys week 2 :ahh:

There is already rumors coming out that Sidney Rice might not be available by Week 1, he's still in a red jersey right now. :scheme:
