yes.....when he swung on Shaka and Shaka and some of his Peeps hollered at Suge, and then went looking for Tip and eventually found out what hotel he was at and pretty much had him hiding in his hotel room...one of them Pirus swung on him and hit him during this trip to LA also..

Tip had to "come to an agreement" with Big U so he could move around LA and get Suge off his back.....Suge and Big U were/are the most notorious "pay for protection" cats in LA history.

Tip didn't just become "cool" with Big U....It was a business agreement

It's only significant to gossip blogs. Nobody cared about it, which is why it doesn't get brought up and when it does its usually by someone who only makes a big deal of it i.e. the OP.
