That said, a lot of the hyperbole you're seeing in this thread stems from the coli's affinity for shytting on artists that went from being underground to successful. Kendrick blew up, got industry-wide love, dropped the Control verse, so now Jay Rock, who doesn't have a single project on par with even the Kendrick Lamar EP(let alone GKMC) is the best thing since sliced bread.
