i think it would be more of a conflict if he was an "agent" or doing agent things/negotiating, which can be different from a manager.
but she has a different agent so i think he just does day to day management duties.
but either way conflicts can be waived by the parties... if you know someone helped make a TDE, you would probably want all their help.
