Most peoples immune system fight off these diseases like other non std diseases.

Something like 50%-75% of the population has herpes. The initial infection is a pimple and unless your immune system is compromised it’s probably will never show up again because your body fights it off.

Plus these diseases besides the obvious won’t show systems, so some could have it and not know.
