Nah, when you lift, everything is controlled, the bar is the bar, unchanging without significant weight. With people, you have to do that properly, you learn that day 1 of wrestling, you hardly ever exert yourself when lifting someone in wrestling because you have momentum and technique. Wrestlers (folkstyle not WWE shyt) rarely have issues with their back.
It's the same reason why people in warehouse and labor work get fukked up, they think that lifting translates to lifting w/e you want any kind of way, fukk that, I squat and use controlled movements for everything, I don't even know what sore back is.
I know all that.
However, from what’s in the video clip posted in the op - his form wasn’t that bad & I doubt she’s as heavy as she looks. Fat just makes people look heavier than they’re.
