I’m like 99.8% positive if not for the pandemic and chip shortage this would have been a pro model. I think they stripped it once they found out they couldn’t get the parts in as high of a quantity.

It also could be cause it’s cheaper to access hdmi 2.0 ports than hdmi 1.4.
