In its latest financial results published on Thursday, the company confirmed that Switch has sold 103.54 million units as of December 31, 2021 – up over 10 million since September – meaning that the console has now eclipsed Wii’s 101.63 million.

Overall, Nintendo sold 18.95 million Switch consoles during the first 9 months of its 22 fiscal year, which is down 21.4% when compared to the previous year. After multiple reductions in recent months, the company says it expects to ship 23m consoles before the end of March.

Congrats to nintendo, glad they still in the game for as much as I hate on the hardware. They’re an iconic family brand and the way they design games is good for the industry

Most their games aren’t for me, but its whatever at this point. I will continue buying their consoles for the handful of games i end up enjoying every gen

People and their egos cannot admit when Nintendo does something right. These 3rd party companies still stuck in the PS2 era, where they think that making a "cinematic game" can sell copies over a quality timeless game with original gameplay.

It’s unbelievable that EA hasn’t released a Madden on it and it’s not like they put in effort for that franchise anymore. Even FIFA gets a legacy edition released on Switch for some reason.

No, I like there being more game consoles on the market. I just wish nintendo would update their hardware to allow modern resolutions and stable framerates

I'm sure a lot of them do but unless its exclusive, its really hard to port something meant for current-gen over to switch. Even the Witcher 3 port was seen as a near-miracle and it looks pretty bad on the tv. Immortals Feynx rising was pretty awful too in terms of graphic quality.

NBA 2K at 30FPS

SkaterXL was announced for switch when the game launched for PS4/Xbox and they even showed a demo for it at E3. Then the devs just quietly never released it while they added mod content and a bunch of other shyt to the console versions Switch probably can't handle the physics engine
