Fonfara isn't that good to me. He got KOd in 1 round, in his prime, by The Generic Construction Worker. Sad Chad injured his left shoulder vs The Nurse and lost a close SD using, basically, just his right hand for 9 of the last 12 rounds. Neither fights should've been close, but Fonfara's loss was worse being that he was KOd in 1 round in front of @mr. smoke weed and other hometown fans

I remember #BadChad looking pretty good in his last fight. The movement and spring in his steps were back, he looked in shape, the pop was back in his punches, and he seemed to have gotten his speed and combos back.
Now the caliber of opponent wasn't on Fonfara's level, but he didn't look as good with lesser dudes in front of him up until then.
I look at the battle of #Superman leftovers as a 50/50 affair. We don't know how much Fonfara has left after getting that Smith work, plus he's taking bombs from a lot of dudes over the years. Campillo was outboxing him too, before he got taken out. Hell, even Cleverly with his overrated ass was able to land on Fonfara a bunch of times in a life or death FOTY type battle.
A hungry for the top Dawson isnt the best guy to be fighting after getting that Geese Howard SNK treatment. I think Dawson beats him, but has some scary moments.
Got dayum that's a great doubleheader though. 1st doubleheader in a long time, where I'm a fan of all 4 boxers and their in 50/50 fights.

Dawson has nothing to do with Geese Howard breh.
Im referring to Joe Smith. The guy who was a construction worker and underdog when he knocked out Fonfara and later on in that same year knocked Hopkins out of the ring.
Hopkins got the Geese Howard treatment because he got knocked out the ring, just like when Howard gets knocked off the building in his suite in Fatal Fury.
A hungry focused Dawson isn't somebody that a guy like Fonfara (who just caught that Howard treatment, KO) should be facing in his next fight.
