It is not as strong as MChuck's. Even Reggie has more of an accent than Cam.

This show is consistent as hell 
It's the best Drama/Comedy on TV by a good margin, if it were on HBO or Fox it would be much bigger than it is.

So true. It's a shame it doesn't get mentioned with the likes of Power, Insecure, Atlanta and the like.
It's a shame, it's so well done and doesn't get half the recognition those shows get.

And all 3 have crazy replay value. EHC is as fresh now as it was 10+ years ago.
How would y'all fix this show? It has soooo much potential but it doesn't seem to know what it wants to be. On one hand, the jokes can be corny and the dialogue choppy, but on the other, they tackle really heavy issues better than I've seen on damn near anything else. (Mostly with Missy and Reggie if we're being honest). I feel like the show needs an experienced show runner. If feels like there are too many chefs in the kitchen.

They made the deliberate move to evolve into a full on dramedy since Epps left and they have walked that fine line very well IMO. I think the comedy part has definitely dropped off, but that is a combination of what his character brought to the table as well as the general change in storyline direction. There are a lot more funny jokes you can get out of M Chuck punching her brother's lights out (such as the domestic violence commercial) than any of the three father stories we're getting right now.
I'm actually really looking forward to them peeling the onion back on the Cam's pops to the point where I'm anticipating the show weekly like other dramas I've been locked in on. Thats saying a lot for me because comedies are usually "see them when I see them" status in my queue.
Not even bullshytting when I say there's nothing glaring that I would fix. I just have little things that I wouldn't mind seeing. Reggie is the MVP of this shyt by far so the more focus on him, the better. Flaherty (sp) usually has some comedy fukkery involved so it would he good for him to ppp back up soon too.
If anything, I wish Starz would figure out a way to push it like Power so more eyes can see it.
