That's a part of the joke of the show. The Vice President is nothing more than a useless, state figure, so-much-so that the person they answer to (the President) doesn't even make time to see them, tell them about meetings or clue them in on the inner workings of important decisions.

From start to finish, this shyt was hilarious, so many topics covered in one episode.
Security guard asking for $11k right after being hired....then selling the vid
Cam getting Geno Smith'd by his sister
The resultant media/general public/govt overreaction
Bao calling his mom a more feminine Manny Pacquio
And of course Mike Epps was on all episode long. This show does really well with the little things too, like the interactions during the judge scene.
They even shytted on Charles Barkely on some random shyt
But, of course, the PSA takes the cake.
