In all fairness, Seth (from what I’ve seen. I haven’t lived watched in a long ass while) is hitting that “Beloved fan favorite” stage where unless he does something egregious, he’ll always get cheered over most people.

His theme song is over so people want to cheer Seth. I was making an observation when he was mentioning names. Ali got booed and Bobby got some boos and small cheers but the cheers were not overwhelming. Clearly Bobby isn't heel he's just more aggressive since Brock screwed him. He even cut a promo saying he's done being nice on Raw Talk.
