They won't replace her before the election. They'll do it in the lame duck session after.

With the rational they used before the last election directly going against their own logic will have severe consequences. If they lose the senate and the filibusterer is removed the dems will make PR and DC states and that may very well prevent the republicans from ever getting the senate back.
