For sure. It essentially as close to a compromise as there can be. They let AA stand but send a message that a tweak might be necessary.

Well..I am in general very pessimistic towards the future of black people in America. I think that AA will eventually end.

Whites know that the country is changing....this empire is falling. They are doing everything in their power to maintain their own dominance when we hit the bottom. AA is going to go before all is said and done.

Texas is not even hard to get into. I knew of many average white students in my high school, that got accept into Texas.

It was a white girl that is doing this? That is fukking rich, they are the ones to have benefited from AA more than black people. The fact that she didn't get into school must mean something because by sheer numbers alone, white women have gained more than black folks due to AA.

The Supreme Court don't want to touch this, because the AA stats show that her demographic(white women) are the main beneficiary of AA. The Supreme Court know if they overturn AA, they would have to overturn Title IX. Which this bytchh is still the main beneficiary of. These same white bytches that are complaining about AA, would start a riot if the Courts overturn Title IX.

I would understand if it was an highly prestige academic school like Rice. This gotta be a joke, because Texas is not hard to get into. It's no way she got turned down because of her race.

basically, she wants to take advantage of that white privilege. the irony is that white women have benefitted the most from affirmative action so she's basically shooting herself in the foot. maybe she didn't get in because her grades weren't up to par or for other reasons. it annoys me to see how so many white people think that they should be guaranteed something because they're white BUT yet turn around, ready to talk about affirmative action is basically nonwhites being guaranteed shyt. HOWEVER, they don't realize that in a sense it's supposed to help us nonwhites who may NOT have a fair advantage in society due to things being fukked up institutionally such as institutional racism and etc. she just assumed that she didn't get in because she was white as if it was the ONLY reason to why she wasn't accepted.

My feelings toward our nation exist outside of anything that has to do with AA.

AA is a joke pretty much anyways....the numbers show that white children our on pace to be as rich or richer than their parents....can't say the same for Hispanics and blacks.

oh ok, i agree that is AA is ajoke, that is why i could care less if the supreme court bans it, i was hoping it actually would

Why aren't these same cacs not trying to overturn Title IX? People are saying Title IX is the reason why college football and basketball players(predominantly black) are not allowed to make money. Because it would be unfair to college women sports.

her s.a.t score was an 1180

if you go to a good school and your score is an 1180 outta 1600 then you aren't that good of a student. she had no right to complain

This case still disgusts me because this woman had no standing to even bring this case. You could not prove the causation element. Students of color with better grades than her didn't get in. White kids with worse grades than her got in. Basically a right wing group that wanted to overturn affirmative action got a grasp on her and ran with this. She is one of the worst examples of white entitlement.
