This was dope as fukk. Questioning Supermans rule of not killing (this applies to the entire justice league etc) set in a realistic modern day setting.

Manchester Black was dope, the monologue in the end before the fight was well done.

Lol @ dude "that was like 50,000 suns exploding in his face!" :gladbron:

Kal El :king:

edit:
anyone that questions supermans gangsta ... the last scene (when he started killing them like it is nothing) was :krs: :krs: :krs:

Manchester Black needs to be in the new Injustice game comming up, him and his crew weren't no punks.

Trill shyt right 'chea :birdman:

It's good to see Superman written well, put in some good situations, and make him boss as fukk without changing up the script of who he is.

The best hero story will always be taking an old fashioned character, and writing him into a story where modern fans can find a way to relate to him.

:gag: @ this animation though.

Right. I know shyt was intentional, but it was still ass cheeks

I watched All-Star Superman last night, cuz I was in a Supes mood, and the animation embarrassed this one.

The reason I never read Superman comics that much was because a lot of writers just can't do this. Writing Batman is actually kind of easy in comparison, because he's closer to what we experience in real life than Superman will ever be (in a sense...). A lot of people can't relate to being all-powerul and restraining it on its face.

So when something like Action Comics #775 or All-Star Superman comes out, and DOESN'T try to totally sidestep the power issue and still gives me a good story to think about, it's pretty interesting, and the mark of a very good writer.

With that said, how was the movie in comparison to Action #775?
