I like this casting…. I think dude will be fine and if the script is good. This will be a really good movie

I’m already more excited for this than another Batman.

Superman has always been a great character…. I never got the hate

He’s essentially perfect and square. Batman in comparison has flaws and is only human he uses his intelligence and his abilities to overcome his enemies(plot armor in some cases). There’s really no balance to making a superman movie. You can’t go full reeves or cavill.

I do think SM needs a nice villain but I do stand by they need to make sure they have SM doing some SM shyt.

I started watching the Superman and Lois show…. That I initially watched like the first 4 eps of S1 but then slept on it.

Now I love that show…. On S2 now.

And I love when he does his SM stopping robberies or saving people from potential life ending shyt.

Gunn needs to mix that in his movies too…. Not OD it but just a sprinkle here and there between shyt. Just to show “why” people love SM and him showing his humanity to save everyone

Right being that it’s a movie they can’t show too much or too little. As far as villains it can’t be lex directly unless he has a suit so it needs to be a metallo parasite or someone with powers

But for John Stewart…. I’d like to see the brother from Agents of Shield in that casting

A bigger physically imposing black guy in that role. I’m not sure who all in Hollywood fits the frame of like 6’4+ and 240lb+ but I think he fits it
