Group 5 would be nice if they decided on one unique album direction.
Yup. Bun B, AZ and Xzibit can can hop on a track with anybody. We’ve already heard all three over Primo. Primo has worked with damn near everybody over 35. I think prime Ghost over a prime Timbo track would be dope as hell tho. Plus Ghost already knows how to work within a group. D’Angelo always had a good voice for hooks imo. If this group made an album it would be real interesting

Insignificant posting from an insignificant poster
I wanted to say group 2 but then realized how goofy Cube would sound on Neptune’s beats
:russ:

I went with group 5. Primo and Timbo can make a beat for anybody

Cube already been on a neptunes track and it does sound.... out of place.

Funny that I also selected group 5 before seeing your response.

That dynamic looks like it would be crazy as well.

4 is the runner up.

dope thread, even tho I don't like most washed-up artists.
this is actually better for the newer guys mentioned tho. Kendrick, cole & lupe are all much better fits to be in groups, rather than being solo. they would do better in this setting, than what they do on most of their own chit.

group 1 is the best.
mannie fresh could mesh with all of those guys, and he would hold e-40's hand thru it and keep his corniness to a minimum.
daz can kinda mesh with all of them as well, and he can build off mannie like he did with dre.
always thought j.cole was wack, but I heard a few songs a month ago where he sounded like he was actually improving into being a good rapper, and that's with no hints of ghostwriting either.

for groups 2, 4 & 5, theres a production pick(or both picks) that ruin whatever chance they had to make it work.
group 3 has the most chemistry but would be a snoozer.

The thing about Rza to me is that outside of a few exceptions I don’t think his beats really work for others that well outside the Wu. Don’t get me wrong he’s one of the goats but I couldn’t see someone like Pac over something like Glaciers of Ice
:heh:

That's a good point, his production is obviously geared towards the WU. But I'd like to think he could be flexible for others a bit.
