She had a chance if Bernie supporters linked up with her. They could have formed like voltron around whoever had the best chances.

Instead they tore her down for being too similar to Bernie. Now we got the candidate that no progressive wanted.

Talk about cutting off your nose to spite your face.

No one "tore her down", this is an election, you're supposed to attack the other candidates. Then when you have zero chance of winning, you exit the race and endorse the winning candidate that aligns with your views.

Why would Bernie supporters have coalesced around the candidate who was trailing significantly in the race? Warren was in 3rd/4th place from December on both nationally and in all of the first 4 states. Moving in her direction would have made the vote split worse, not better.

Everyone was talking about how nicely Warren and Sanders camps were coordinating until it was clear that Warren was falling to 3rd/4th place. Then we got the stories about how Sanders' plans weren't "realistic" and she began differentiating her agenda from his, followed by all the stories about a private conversation where Sanders suggested a female candidate might struggle to win this cycle which either Warren's camp or the media drove the shyt out of, followed by constant narratives of "toxic Bernie bros" and Warren surrogates attacking Bernie supporters left and right.

There were at least half-a-dozen posters on here who were happy with both Warren and Bernie and were going to support whoever came out on top. That ended up being Bernie. Why would we have moved to Warren and just split the vote even further?

Do you think Biden will threaten to knock Trump teeth out on the debate stage if Trump says something slick? I honestly can imagine that happening. :russ::russ::russ::russ:

I told my husband last night that Trump is going to try to bully Biden on the debate stage and Biden is just going to start whooping on him. Live on TV. Cant wait.

@the next guy some women are brainwashed into not seeing themselves in power. at the same time, WW are some of the slimiest when it comes time to back other women. i think we'll get another female candidate, but i think it will be a woman of color that pulls it off
I don’t disagree with this entirely but let’s also not pretend that Hillary didn’t win women voters in the democratic primary. It has more to do with the pool of candidates. Most women I talked to who weren’t “woke” actually like Amy more than Warren. I was taken aback but I guess that Palin soccer mom shyt works.

Biden will be stumbling over words and lose the election simply based on the way he talks. He doesn't have IT. He was slurring his words like a drunken sailor last night. Talking in circles, i had no clue what he was saying. Fake news CNN had the audacity to say his plan will beat Trump. I'd honestly rather have Bloomberg be the nominee at this point.

It brings a smile to my face that with each passing presidential election , boomers lose their voting powers more and more. I want to say something about coronavirus and Boomers but I'll keep it to myself.

I didn't want to say it beforehand cause it was so morbid, but if Trump was running Bernie's campaign there would have been an anonymous SuperPAC called, "Society for the Welfare of the American People" that would have been sending out tens of millions of fliers to every household with someone 55+ warning them of the dangers of coronavirus to seniors with age-based mortality statistics and ordering them to stay indoors and avoid large crowds like bingo halls and polling stations.

Women dont think a woman will win either. shyts sad. She is by far the best candidate in the race. @the next guy
Its less complex than that.

You get ONE vote.

This isn't a ranked voice system.

Warren is the unity candidate, but people are scared she would lose to Trump, so they vote for Biden

Progressives should have coalesced around her once bernie had his heart attack and Warren looked like the front runner; Instead the" anti establishment " establishment ran a bunch of hit pieces, surrogates went on hound dog like attacks , and consigned the national media ignoring her. Now we're where we're due to anti establishment tearing her down destroying her name nationally

male Hillary?!?

Biden has dementia, and the wit of a dull knife. Hillary could at least for coherent sentences.

He is a much easier opponent than she is
