You’re ignoring where waging war on the party you’re running as and being adversarial doesn’t help your cause from the top down nor bottom up - voters don’t want to be called the establishment or other pejoratives when they’re only everyday citizens
Mmmmm
Not sure if the average voter was thinking in terms like establishment. I think Bernie had much bigger problems than that

Calling out voters just doesn’t work. I think we need to realize that most people don’t vote on policy or platform they just vote for whoever is most familiar to them. Also, the rates of youth voting is fukking pathetic. Boomers will be deciding the fate of our country. Bernie needs to reorganize and change something. shyt isn’t over but I just don’t know if he’ll be able to overcome everything standing in his way.
Which is puzzling to me because boomers are partly responsible for Trump, a man who has gone on record and through his actions displayed that he is set on destroying their social security and accelerating their demise by cutting medicare and medicaid.

Bruh stop acting brand new. Well even if you are new to this someone in Bernies camp should have known wassup. You don't win the democratic primary without black people. Period. Bernie tried to run up the score with Mexicans and young white people but that doesn't make up 65 to 15 point gaps with black support.

And how do you gain black support, it isn't with stump speeches, it isn't with ads, it isn't with gaff tweets. You win black support through relationships and familiarity. Joe had that built in through Obama so Bernie had to work three times as hard to overcome that, and he didn't. Bernie needed to spend the past 4 years in the south trying to gain black support. Not Mexican support, black support. The only thing older black people trust less than a white person is a new white person.

Can someone do the math to see if all Bloomberg Delegates go to Biden at the convention along with Pete and Klob, how many delegates that put Biden at now? I'm already assuming he is getting most of the superdelegates too..:francis:

It's time to ask: does Sanders view black people as cogs of the democrat establishment? I see no other explanation for his dismissal of black voters. Or how he could lose in 2016 in large part due to having no presence in the south...then run it back and do the exact same thing this year. He refuses to play the game, to talk to people, to find common ground, to compromise, etc.

Jim Clyburn holds a famous fish fry every year in SC where potential presidential candidates attend to meet black power brokers. When was the last time Bernie went? He doesn't care. You can't win this shyt without friends. And you can't win when your main base (young people) STILL don't show up to vote.

He marched with King 55 years ago. Shouldn’t that be enough :damn:
