Keepin it a stack, my worst fears with this game are already coming true.

It's just not FUN if you're not playing against human beings near your skill level. My girl and my nephew are trash so I don't really have anyone to play with locally.

Online is just terrible. Quickplay is random as fukk and the lag really makes it hard to master any advanced tactics.

I be tryna practice against the computer but very little transfers over to human play.

The best part is arenas but damn if the Coli brehs aint on this shyt is not fun.

I knew my experience would hinge on the online play and I'm too busy to be perusing boards and setting up play times with people just to get my fix. It sucks that the online matchmaking system is so bad.

Just speaking my thoughts. :hubie:

? Quickplay has beeng iving me consistent matches with whatever settings I have set up. Lag is here or there but for the most part it's been tolerable to say the least.

The game has worked a lot better online since the last patch that came out a week after launch.

Little Mac might just be my main. Dude is a beast

His recovery tho. :scust:

B

Someone posted it in a discord that I was in. Saw the shyt and had to share after I saw this the clean play

Yeah I labbed with Ken for a few matches and :hubie: He's way too complicated a character. the fact that you can tap A to do light attacks and hold it for stronger attacks is too much for my heavy hands.

I've been getting about 50/50 when it comes to matching my preferences. It just sucks when it doesn't and you have items. Also, it works better for 1v1. Sometimes I want some FFA fukkery and those settings match much less consistently.

Lag is what it is.

locally I'm mainly playing with my sister. she's enjoyed local multiplayer games like smash, MP, and MK since the gamecube. so she's a decent casual player, just throw in 2 or 3 CPUs at lvl 9 and it's all good on my part. Quickplay I've been pretty good with my preference I believe I mentioned it in an earlier post what my match ups mainly are. I'm just usually getting handled once around 1.5 mill. I find it odd we were setting up way more match with coli brehs with smash 4 than smash 5 :jbhmm: think we even had 2 tourneys too. guess the schedules just too tight this time around.

I also really want them to add the option of using spirits in quickplay tho, since not many people use em in arenas for some reason. It's a very interesting concept that I feel a lot of people don't seem to be utilizing.

oh and merry christmas brehs.

Nah breh, there's been way more on Smash 5. There's literally more people with Smash on the Switch right now then Smash Wii u ever had LTD.

Lol that what steered Smash players away from Ryu in 4. That and the fact most of those nikkas didn't know how to do a simple fireball input :mjlol:

I can't say the same, the quick play has worked consistently since that update. I have not gotten a single FFA match when I set it to 1v1. I even think I must've got used to the input lag because I don't even think about it when playing. Idk. I definitely know what you mean with playing with people who aren't very good at the game :skip:. You have The Coli discord, you have here, there's over 20 people on the discord so there's bound to be someone good online. Me myself I've had no problems with getting online matches that were interesting. Hell, I still get my ass kicked by some of the CPU level 9's.
