Made people into graphics hound that forgot about gameplay. Also made Sony stans
for ANYTHING that they do. Ruined a lot of gaming in general and gave XBOX the upper hand that same Gen to have first person shooters the standard.

But Mario will school the industry come this Holiday season. A lot of people still intimidated by Nintendo quality on software and beg to have their games on consoles that will ditch it to the side.

Drramcast was the innovator of all modern consoles. And no one gives them credit for that. But people Stan Sony for anything.

Surprised it took this long for them to place a damn plumber back into the real world
On the side note, they've done everything they can do with Mario: had him fight, play various sports, race and now they're making an open world type with 1 of the settings being Earth but they refuse to deliver us a REAL Mario/Sonic game.
As far as I'm concerned, Mario Odyssey makes me want a Mario/Sonic adventure type crossover even more.... 2 diff gameplays
Sonic Colors played like a Sonic game with Mario elements anyways
