Damn I was ahead of my time againThought the cast for the most part did their thing but I was mainly impressed with the main lead. Just realized he was in Ti West's X.

It kinda adds up knowing the movie starts and ends with said character, but I simply choose not to believe it. 
Allison being in on the murders?
The weed bag Josh gifted on her birthday is the same bag that was given to Megan in the climax, possibly meaning that those two were working together. Because where else would he get an additional weed bag, right? He's not a drug dealer, he just found a stash in his brother's room.
When Zach rejected Allison's advances on the night of her birthday, someone theorized that Josh later on took Allison to the scene of the crime and instead of freaking out, she was actually fascinated by such and partaken in the further mutilation of Darryl's dead body.
They say there's this endless cycle of violence that's passed down through certain characters in the film. Allison when she watched that poor deer get put out of its misery, Josh when he accidentally killed Darryl, and the little girl who watched Josh impale Zach in the front yard.
