But since when people started cooking gourmet dinners for the Super Bowl
I don’t cook soul food or creole food often, maybe once a month, but since the Super Bowl is in New Orleans, I think it’s a fitting occasion…
My typical meal is chicken, rice and a vegetable. I don’t really consider what I’m making fancy, it’s just time consuming. I just knocked the beans out (they taste better the next day) and I’m currently boiling cubed potatoes for the potato salad as I type this.
10 piece lemon pepper, ice cold coke and that’s it.
