1. Age of Ultron - Maybe it's comic book movie fatigue, but this movie did not wow me. The first Avengers was so dope I was hype leaving the theater. I'm not saying it's a bad movie, it just did not wow me.
2. San Andreas - Corny. I liked the CGI effects and destruction, but just like 2012, the story line was so corny, it was hard to take....even for a disaster movie.
3. Mad Max - Probably the best of the three, but still didn't quite grip me.

Age of Ultron was good, but yeah, not as good as the first one. The Marvel formula is losing its luster with me (but I'm still really looking forward to Civil War).

Nothing else has looked, or looks, interesting enough to me to make me want to go out to the theater. More and more movies are rental status to me these days.

IMO FF7 didn't live up to the hype. I don't watch those Marvel movies, so I couldn't care less about Ultron or whatever it's called. San Andreas was just another 2012 movie with the Rock. And it sucked. Mad Max is the only movie out so far this summer I liked. Jurassic Park will be the king of the box office though until Star Wars comes out at Christmas. You are right though, it's been a pretty underwhelming summer so far.
