There's a difference between saying you have to the right punish someone who doesn't believe as opposed to those who don't believe will be punished [after it's all said and done]

the koran does have many quotes that do condone killing of non-believers. it's so dangerous because extremist really take these quotes to the extreme and feel they are 100% justified in their actions because the book says it. am I wrong about this?

Islam isn't about the Arab World...b/c the Arab World has Millions of Christians and thousands of Jews. It's beyond your comprehension to understand it isn't about one religion. Unfortunately these events aren't about religion but a political id in Iraq.

i dread the time when suicide bombers turn their sights on us the way iraq, pakistan, afghanistan get it on the reg. we had our share of homegrown sh1t already, but this is different and it's going to get worse before it gets better. the extremists have done a great job dragging all of islam into the fray and a lot of people have taken the bait that islam is to blame as much as the extremists. i'll sit that one out because we cannot win a war against a religion, any religion. but it is a brilliant move and these cats are just as ruthless as anyone.

Nah I'm saying we should only have a military that reacts. Withdraw the troops from that area, let it continue to be shyt. It's been a failed operation, very little has gotten better. If anyone directly attempts to or attacks us then the consequences will be devastating and let's keep it at that. Bring our people home, let the other people rot for all I care.
