Imprisoned rap mogul Marion "Suge" Knight is making news, in a new Lifetime documentary where the disgraced mogul is claiming to have had a sexual relationship with TLC star Lisa "Left Eye" Lopes.

And Suge claims that he did so behind the back of her then fiance - NFL great Andre Rison.

According to the documentary, Lisa split up with TLC, and decided to join Suge's Death Row Records. And it was there that the two allegedly had their affair.

Suge explained:

She went to one of my high rises one time. She gave me a hug and I sat back down in my chair and fired up a cigar.

The doorbell rings, so I get up and open up the door and they got the carts - it's all her [clothes and suitcases].

And she never went home, She showed up and never rolled out

He continued:

We started hanging and she's a great person.

I mean even before it was a sexual relationship, I had major love for her.

But I knew [her fiance] Andre Rison, we were cool. But I cared about [Lisa]

andre rison must be broke or something. i mean they acting like lisa and him were cleopatra and mark antony or something with some legendary ass relationship. he was an ok WR who deion embarrassed on national tv. shut him down and beat him up on the field. in atlanta too.

:dahell: Rison was more than an “ok” WR. He was top 5 in the league in his prime years.

That's a given, Left Eye has gotten more respect in death than when she was alive. Cuz I dont remember ANYBODY really bigging her up while she was alive. I remember those TLC album reviews in Vibe where they was always clowning her flows and lyrics saying she was wack. Then her burning down Andre's mansion and people calling her crazy 24/7 on Def Comedy Jam. I don't even remember nikkas saying she was fine until she died.

I figured for her to come to Death Row then....well she wasn't a critically acclaimed artist nor in high demand....it it wasn't money it was something else.

Ppl have a tendency to hype artists up after they die early. She was part of a group that literally had to force a rap verse in almost every song even if it didn't call for one. No one was ever anticipating a Lefteye/Nina album at anytime even in death

A thread about how certain famous people were viewed before and after death would be really interesting.

I was young when Left Eye died and I just assumed that she was some kind of musical prodigy based on how everyone speaks about her.
