To me its obvious theyre just using Keefe D as a scapegoat to for this until he talks. If Keefe D doesn't talk, he's the only one that could get time for the actual murder. Meanwhile Suge and Puff whom Keefe named in both murders are locked away on different crimes with a possibility of being released. People dislike Keefe D for what happened but what if he didn't claim Puff had a hit on Pac and Suge? What evidence could the prosecutors have to prove Puff was involved other than his admission? Also would that have changed the overall narrative on both murders?
