People forget when Phil made the transition to the Lakers he brought over guys who were done like Ron Harper and John Salley over to help teach the triangle to everyone else. Odom, Shannon Brown, and potentially Derek Fisher could be candidates for the same type of job. On the flip even though NYC is full of heroin hopefully Phil can keep Odom on the straight and narrow while he is here.
