I guarantee this research team consisted of a bunch of sweaty musty indians...and you already know their beliefs regarding hygiene :scusthov:

that research facility probably smelled of curry, onions, etc :heh:

had trouble rewording it,

"75 per cent of people with a particular version of a gene don't produce under-arm odour but use deodorant anyway"

wouldn't fit in title

&
"Deodorants: Do We Really Need Them?"

is just lame...

That's a huge difference. 75% of the population is entirely different than less than 2% of a study of 6000 mothers.

I don't use deodorant. all jokes aside, I don't need it. I get a little smelly if I get super sweaty, but I don't think that's avoidable

Certain deoderants are harmful to your health

This is true. Some of them (though I think less now, excluding any new chemicals that have been employed recently) have cancer-inducing chemicals in them, and when you put them around high-absorption areas like the armpit, they get introduced straight into you. The chemical mimics estrogen, and, particularly in women, seems to have some correlation with increased breast cancer, which increased estrogen levels in those areas of the body correlate with naturally.

Ya especially the solid white anti-perspirant sticks because they basically clog your pours with zinc and all types of other shyt so you don't sweat. So not only are you smearing yourself with chemicals but you are blocking toxins from exiting your body

That said i been wearing deodorant for years but i try to avoid the solid sticks.
This article is wrong though..
Some people just smell like shyt.:skip:
and it should be law they wear it :skip:
