this isnt just in sports, it's in every other facet of life that involves big business..

Yeah what y'all fail to realize is having money is simply not enough. The Owners have to vote you in and approve of you to own a team and join their "good ol boy club". Ask @Originalman he can speak on it.

Yep, this is what it boils dnwn to. Has nothing to do with money. Whites run the show, so they're gonna hire who looks like them. Simple. Personaly, i call it human nature. If i was in a similar position, i would want to hire a black person first. We just have to realize that this is the white man's country that we're in and until WE OWN OUR SHYT, this is how things are gonna be.
