I was watching this guy for 20 years, practically watched him as a kid to a man now. I moved around a lot and every country I was in I was lucky to have some form of ESPN that showed the US Sportscenter and he's been a part of my life and how he reported and called US sports. I know some people found it annoying later on but Stu was hip hop and his catchphrases and references were a huge influence. He was always entertaining as hell and was a huge pop and sports culture influence and he was black excellence

As a child he was one of the few brothers you saw as anchors on TV. Always had love for him. Did his job well and at the same time was cool. Which is something I just liked growing up.

If you are an old head like me and been a sports fan a long time, you basically saw his entire career. I was like 13 or 14 when he debuted on ESPN.

I always said deaths of famous ppl i dont know personally wouldnt get me. I was wrong.
