Right now I can do 170 for 10 reps. Never really did a set just focusing on strength tho. Might start mixing it up after my break.

For those circumstances, there's no real reason to even do 1rm max outside of personal satisfaction

Just keep playing with 6-15 and moving up as you gain strength

That's how I fukked up my shoulder, I was decline bench pressing, heard a slight tear, kept going n fukked up my shoulder. Because of the full range of motion with db press and the position my arms sit in machines, I'm able to bare the pain. Bench pressing is very agonizing no matter the weight now.
