I used to think like that....

The thing is bruh, no judge in America is going to be okay with you living in a 12 bedroom mansion while your daughter is living in a townhouse, dog. No judge is gonna let that fly. Another thing, the mother will benefit from child support regardless, my nikka. Even if you an average cat paying $1000 to your BM, that's $1000 she don't gotta put to the rent, $1000 she don't gotta pay for food/groceries, $1000 she dont gotta pay for daycare. And again, I wanna reiterate my first point.....no judge in America is gonna be cool with you living like Jay-Z while your son lives average because you want to be spiteful to the child's mother.

So you have three options:

Pay the child support :hula: fight for custody of your kids :hula: Stop nutting in random women you aren't married to.

I know how things are, I'm talking about how they should be.

The government shouldn't FORCE anyone to do anything unless it is about infringing on someone's/societies pursuit of happiness. Bringing a child into the world and not caring for it qualifies, but the government need only force the parent's to provide enough care to ensure they don't become a drain on society.

I realize the mother will benefit regardless, and $60k/year (tax free) is enough for a mother and child to live comfortably anywhere in this country. So even if she is hell bent on not working, the child is still living comfortably.

I think child support should be paid according to the father's income. If not, you'd have situations like Robinson Cano signing $240 million deals but, his kid growing up in a 3rd world country on 600 US dollars a month :ld:

If you making 20 million every year, it should be nothing to peel off $20,000 a month for your kid. That's what $240,000 a year. After paying uncle sam, agents/lawyers and child support, you'd have 7 or 8 million each year. Your kid should be spoiled like he would be spoiled if his parents were married. If that means your babymama will be buying red bottoms and driving a nice whip and living in a nice house, tough sh*t nikka. Shouldn't have been having raw unprotected sex with random women, you damn moron:ufdup:

The only problem I see with it is that when these stupid nikkas go broke, the judges be slow as fukk to readjust/lower the child support. The other problem is these dumbazz nikkas get multiple random women pregnant :snoop: You can pay 20k a month for one kid. When you got 11 kids like Evander Hollyfield, you start realizing you fukked up :lupe:

gtfo breh. a guy making 20 mil is only making half that after taxes. would give an ex 20k a month?

I'd rather pull a bosh and let my scumbag lawyer get it

Its not about the child living comfortably. Its about the child having the same lifestyle he would have with the father.

You can't see that because you're bitter about the fact that the mother would, in essence, benefit from that lifestyle as well.

Let's say....Jay-Z had a out of wedlock son tomorrow, do you think its fair that the kid grows up in small apartment in New Jersey while Blue Ivy grows up in a Park Avenue penthouse with butlers and maids? You think that's fair to the other child? That's why the judges be :camby: Of course, they have a vested interest in all this but, it makes sense. Why should you grow up like an average nikka when your dad is the biggest rapper of all time?

The thing is, I earned that 12 bedroom mansion....Not my kid...Not saying that she'd be in a townhome, but if I buy her mom a nice crib in a nice community and cop her a car and send the baby to private school while having her on my insurance and setup in my will to inherit my estate, then the judge needs to throw that 240k in the bushes.......If I do all that.....5k a month is plenty
