There are billionaires who have lots of very expensive things but are flashy in ways that are not readily apparent

These guys have gaudy mansions....but have them in neighborhoods where poor people have no chance of really seeing or accessing them.

They have mega yachts....docked in places poor people not flying to and won't even have a chance to see

What a poor person might see depending on if the rich person in flashy might be a high end sports car or sedan.....but the non flashy billionaire might just roll around in a discreet black sprinter van which is BALLING as fukk on the inside but looks like a regular coach on the outside.

Wealth can be discreet and flashy.....and the average person in the public only really correlates wealth with the flashy shyt.

This notion that being that rich means you have to be a paranoid shut in like the OP is suggesting is laughable

Yeh billion is easy. You can take care of anyone remotely close to you (eg cousin Greg) and get people around you to make sure you’re safe.
It’s worse being up 3 or 4 mill up. You are legit rich but you can’t bring many people with you and don’t have enough to pay for great security. That’s the issue with rappers, way more famous than rich.

There was a story of a successful local businessman getting setup and murdered. He was worth a few mill. Nice watch and chains are real. But infinitely touchable.

You always going to have problems in life. You just want the pros to out weight the cons.
As a billionaire, you are dealing with all those aforementioned issues but you also have the resources to hire a security team to keep your enemies at bay.
You can be average and you won't have any of those aforementioned problems but you will have different kinds of problems. You have to worry about someone keeping you employed, asking for time off, working at a place that you hate, and struggling to pay the bills. You will never have a problem-free life.
