countless organizations like the Salvation Army, the Night Ministry, and A Just Harvest that go around the city feeding the homeless at night without having to blast music to get their attention.

she’s obviously a regular at that spot. at this point the homeless people know to show up at that location on the days that she’s out there.

again, not saying what she is doing is illegal that justifies the police. but it’s annoying.

I don't know breh.. Maybe @The Hon. Stringer Bell have some examples of white people doing the same thing she’s doing.. He's good at watching their every move and crying about it..
