i saw a youtube video where Floyd Mayweather talks about stretching is useless and he never does it at all :dwillhuh:

do ya'll think it helps building muscle and with your posture?

Every night after my workout I make sure to stretch my groin, hamstring, quads and, knee tendons...

I wanna be able to eventually do this with no problem

I also do chest openers in between chest exercises... I can get the stick all the way down to my butt and then back up over my head down to my groin

Some people can get away with it.

My squat goes to shyt if I don't keep my hips and ankles somewhat flexible.

I have got to start. I do some basic stretches for what I plan to be working that day, but I KNOW that I should be stretching more...


My hammies and calves are tighter than a virgins p*ssy, like 99% of the time.

Dynamic stretches to warm up followed by 5mins of running/walking on the treadmill, static stretches to cool down once I finish my workout. Lessens DOMS and injuries :win:

If you play sports or do HITT...it's very crucial that you stretch. Better ROM = better speed and vert

I've gotten alot better about it over the years, especially on leg days. I learned the hard way with my shoulders :huhldup:

I don't even know how to stretch properly....

I start doing it, realize I'm just wasting time and say fukk it.
