FAO The Coli Muscle & Strength Gang,

Currently been running various versions of 5X5 for the last 12-14 months.... I'm looking to jump on Wendlers 5-3-1 program come end of March/ Early April...came across this sick website that makes life much easier for when it comes to calculating rep /set schemes.....

So yea, thought I'd share the LINK

I like this website, puts me as intermediate + on everything. My Bench press is bang on intermediate, squat slightly above, dead lift half way between intermediate and advanced and overhead press about the same.

Been thinkin about hoppin on this program for a while.

I'm definitely looking to hit 5-3-1 after my holidays/ finish off last 5X5 cycle, the strength gains on that set-up are immense as I've literally seen two geezas at my gym who were on it (still are) & now are regularly repping:

3PPS benches
5PPS DL's
4.5 PPS Squats

So yea I'm sold on it as I've been reading up on it on various forums! So yea got that quest for strength & size on lock down come March/April timezzz :blessed:
