I'm wondering this as well. I see this kinda thing for FF14 where the servers are down for hours at time while they're installing the update. I wonder if this is a thing with online games made by Japanese companies only or if this is common for all games made by companies worldwide that have a multiplayer component (Overwatch or Elder Scrolls Online for example). And I wonder why this is...
