That first Dhalsim fight had my blood boiling. Then this man got a perfect on me with Zangief.

Keep practicing. Try the back heavy kick into light kick and then the Shoryuken. Have the CPU guard automatically so you only get the combo.

Easiest way to do that is already have your finger on the forward button when you do light kick, works almost every time.
