Them nikkas always crying tho. A new patch so soon will only make things worse I'd bet money on it.
Only 2 changes I really don't fukk with are the grey life and dp nerf. They make the game scrubbier. That's one if the reasons Balrog is so good now because he's just running up on nikkas straight disrespecting a nikka blocks. End up with a mile of grey health that's gonna take forever to recover because Rog mashing heavies on your ass while you block like

The only thing nikkas really need to focus on is getting on Capcoms ass about that weak ass netcode. I haven't played 5 online but I've seen/heard waaaaaaay to much complaining. Nikkas need to focus their anger into that

Yeah, I don't mess with the grey life thing, cuz that was too drastic and I don't think anyone complained on that on any level in season 1 and it's not like a lot of matches went to overtime or anything due to that.
While I didn't ask for the DP "nerf", I don't think it being exempt is a bad thing or makes scrubby play. If anything, slightly the opposite, as YOLO DPs was the scrubbiness that IV brought onto the SF table and now, get out of jail free cards just don't exist w/o meter for the most part. so the playfield is slightly more evened out in that regard. Also, you can still DP out of ill-timed block strings as well, they're just no longer a given now. But as stated before again, I didn't find the DP thing outright necessary, as I had little complaints about it in S1 either due to auto-CCs on block/whiffed ones.
@O.Red, who do you actually play as anyhow? No diss, but while I know you one of the more seemingly knowledgeable fighting game heads on here, I've practically never even heard much of you playing, let lone seen any sort of display of your playing in any fighter or heard of anyone else on here ever playing you (on or off). So I'm just curious if you're more spectator/coach than player.
We've had multiple tournaments know that are better for all that anyways. On top of that, even with scheduled tourneys, there's still rampant scheduling issues. Plus, no one wants to just be waiting around all day for their turn in some huge online lobby, especially considering the wait times, issues and other time-consuming hijinks that are exclusive to online play only. I'll sooner sit at an arcade, local-in-house play or local FGC spots for Winner Stays On style set ups that you trying to push with huge lobbies. fukk all that. I barely got the time to play as is. Otherwise, pretty much all the online cats on here that are active, play among each other thru random means and smaller rooms only all the time, so everyone that is active is playing folks.4 or 5 people in a lobby. I just said folks do those lobbies already. I been stated to you specifically how a 4-man lobby is the max I'll do online. I play battle lounge against several folks on here and elsewhere all the time, like 8 times more often than ranked. I play ranked like a couple days out of a month, typically only when there's no one I can find online.
